1. Introduction

Welcome to Milestone Moments SG ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any rental booking.

Milestone Moments SG is a business registered in Singapore, with its address at 741 Tampines St 72 #14-80, Singapore.

2. Eligibility

Our website and services are available to users of all ages, including those under the age of 13. However, users under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before placing an order or providing any personal information.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are either 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained the necessary parental or guardian consent.

3. Rental Agreement

By completing an order on our website, you enter into a rental agreement with Milestone Moments SG for the gown set(s) selected. The following conditions apply to all rentals:

3.1 Rental Period

The rental period will be communicated to you via email or WhatsApp upon order confirmation. You are required to return all rented items by the agreed return date and time. Late returns may be subject to additional charges at our discretion.

3.2 Condition of Items

All rented items are provided in clean, good condition. You are responsible for returning items in the same condition, reasonable wear excepted. The following shall constitute damage for which you may be charged:

  • Tears, cuts, or permanent deformation of the gown or headdress
  • Stains that cannot be removed by standard dry cleaning
  • Loss of any component of the rented set
  • Damage caused by improper handling, washing, or storage

3.3 Cleaning

You must not attempt to wash, dry-clean, or alter any rented item yourself. All cleaning is handled by us upon return. If additional cleaning is required due to excessive soiling, the cost may be passed on to you.

3.4 Damage & Loss

In the event of damage to or loss of any rented item, you will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement as determined by us. We will notify you of any charges within 7 days of the item's return.

3.5 Group Bookings — Rent 4-Get-1 Free Promotion

Our promotional offer of "rent 4, get the 5th free" applies to rental orders only. Free items are applied automatically at checkout for every 5 sets ordered. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers and is subject to availability.

4. Payment

All payments are processed via PayNow to the mobile number +65 9625 2289 (Dylan Tan Xin Yu). Payment must be made in full before your order is confirmed.

Upon completing the PayNow transfer, you are required to confirm your payment through our website. Your order is only recorded and confirmed after you click "I've Paid — Confirm My Order". We are not responsible for orders where payment was made but not confirmed through the website.

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable fees. A non-refunadable delivery fee of SGD 5.00 applies to orders opting for delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Once payment has been confirmed, orders are non-refundable. If you need to make changes to your order (e.g. ceremony date, size, or quantity), please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or +65 9625 2289. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, subject to availability.

Full cancellations are not allowed with the exception of valid reasons, and refunds will adhere to the timing as stipulated in the FAQ section. We reserve the right to determine if the reason is valid or not.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

6. Fulfilment — Delivery & Collection

6.1 Self-Collection

If you select self-collection, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp with the collection address and available time slots after your order is confirmed. Please ensure you collect on time, as late collection may affect your rental period.

6.2 Delivery

If you select delivery, a flat fee of SGD 5.00 per order will be added to your total. We deliver islandwide within Singapore. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address provided.

Milestone Moments SG is not liable for delays or loss caused by third-party courier services or incorrect addresses provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

6.3 Returns

Return arrangements will be communicated to you at the time of collection or delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned punctually and in good condition (without damage), with the exception of wear and tear.

7. Privacy & Personal Data

We collect the following personal information when you place an order:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Mailing address (if delivery is selected)

This information is used solely for the purposes of processing your order, arranging fulfilment, and sending you an order confirmation email. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. delivery providers).

We do not use any analytical tracking software, advertising networks, cookies, web beacons, local storage, or session tracking on our website. We do not display advertisements, use Facebook Pixel, or engage in retargeting.

Our website does not access your device's geolocation, contacts, camera, or photo gallery.

We use Google Login and GitHub Login for authentication purposes. Use of these login methods is subject to the respective privacy policies of Google and GitHub.

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with any applicable legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details in Section 12.

We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Milestone Moments SG. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Milestone Moments SG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to delays in delivery, sizing discrepancies, or loss of enjoyment.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a rental shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

After you book, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

- Delivery: Delivery will be conducted within the 2nd week of July to the stipulated delivery address.

- Collection: There will be 2 rounds of collection at separate locations to cater to your needs better on Friday and Saturday of the 2nd and 3rd week of July. For Fridays (10th and 17th July), we will be situated at Raffles Place Park (between OneRafflesPlace and CIMB Plaza). For Saturdays (11th and 18th July), a booth beside the auditorium (level 1, near the vending machines) will be set up at Wee Cho Yaw Plaza (formerly known as GAIA). Please collect your gown anytime between 11am and 5pm at our respective pick-up points. We'll send a reminder closer to the date.

- Return: Return will likewise be conducted on the Friday and Saturday of 2nd and 3rd week of August. Please return the full set in its original bag between 11am and latest by 5pm to avoid any late fees. The return will be situated at the same spot as collection (Raffles Place Park for 14th and 21st Aug, GAIA for 15th and 22nd Aug).
The deposit will be returned to you upon returning the gown.
Contact us immediately. If we have an alternative size, we'll swap it. If not, you may be offered a refund (less admin and delivery fee) or you can proceed with the closest fit. No refunds after collection for "change of mind".
Our gowns are supplied by an experienced manufacturer with over 17 years of experience in the graduation attire industry. While we are not the official supplier of the graduation gowns, each gown is made from high-quality recycled materials, combining durability with sustainability, and is produced to match the official graduation attire.
Simply head to our website, browse the items, and click "Book Now". Select your items, quantity, and fulfilment method. Then complete PayNow payment and click "I've Paid — Confirm My Order". The whole process takes just a few minutes!
Payment is via PayNow — quick and fuss-free. Simply:

Yes! You can rent individual pieces:
- Hood only – SGD 7.00
- Headdress only – SGD 8.00
- Gown only – SGD 15.00
No, only Nanyang Business School (NTU) is currently covered. We specialise in the academic gown, hood, and headdress colours for Nanyang Business School graduates. If you are from another faculty or university, please contact us to check availability — but generally, we do not cater to others at this time.
For graduation gowns, we size by height:
- Size S - 162cm and below
- Size M – 163–184cm
- Size L – 185cm and above
For headdress, the correct measurement should be 1 inch above your eyebrows.
Rent 4 sets, get the 5th one free — great for friend groups or CCA batches booking together!
- The free set is the lowest-priced set in that booking
- All 5 sets must be collected and returned together
- Applies automatically at checkout when you add 5 sets.

Important: Do not wash, dry-clean, or iron the gown yourself. We handle all cleaning!
Please WhatsApp us immediately to request an extension. Extensions are granted on a case-by-case basis. Late returns without approval will incur fees (see below).
- Late return (without approval): SGD 5.00 per item, per calendar day
- Lost item:
  - Gown: SGD 40.00
  - Hood: SGD 15.00
  - Headdress: SGD 15.00
- Damage beyond normal wear (tears, stubborn stains, permanent marks): Repair cost or replacement fee (capped at item value above)
- Excessive soiling requiring special cleaning: Up to SGD 10.00 per item
Normal wear is fine. Damage includes:
- Tears, rips, or cuts in the fabric
- Permanent stains (ink, food, makeup that won't dry-clean out)
- Missing tassel, buttons, or hood cord
- Any attempt to wash, iron, or alter the gown
Yes, with the following refund schedule:

Cancellation notice : Refund amount
7+ days before ceremony : Full refund (minus SGD 3 admin fee and delivery fee if applicable)
3–6 days before ceremony : 50% refund
Within 48 hours of ceremony : No refund

Note that all cancellations must require a valid reason as all sales are final.
